We are immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative who specializes in Order Entry. The position is full time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm : NO WEEKENDS! We offer benefits and room to grow.

Duties:
* Enter all incoming orders via phone and email
* Review product and pricing details with customer
* Ensure all customer and billing information is accurate
* Provide updates on orders
* Process returns [RMA's] as needed

Requirements:
* Previous experience with order entry in a manufacturing company
* Proficient in MS Office
